Alexandra Cella is a British vocalist, songwriter, DJ and cabaret performer whose voice carries the kind of soul, range, and storytelling that only comes from truly living the songs she sings.
A graduate of the prestigious BRIT School, Alex’s musical journey has taken her from the seaside streets of Brighton to global stages—from smoky Abu Dhabi clubs to New York jazz jams with members of Lauryn Hill’s band. Her style fuses elements of soul, jazz, R&B, musical theatre, and classical crossover, all delivered with emotional depth and a voice that tells a story.
Alex trained at the British Institute of Modern Music, developed her jazz artistry at New York Jazz Academy, and most recently studied under jazz vocalist Cecilia Stalin in London. She is currently studying opera and classical technique, driven by a deep belief in lifelong artistic growth and the importance of refining one’s craft for diverse, international audiences.
Her performance credits include residencies at Archer Street Soho, LEON on Shaftesbury Avenue, and multiple collaborations in Brooklyn’s thriving music scene, including songwriting and artist development with Sipan Publishing.
As a performer, Alex brings a unique authenticity—born of real experience. Her original show In My Own Key is a soulful, one-woman cabaret tracing her comeback journey through loss, anxiety, and artistic reinvention. Her second show, Madonna vs Everyone, is a high-energy, audience-interactive celebration of pop culture and diva brilliance.
Whether delivering an operatic aria, a stripped-down soul ballad, or a dance-floor anthem, Alex commands the stage with warmth, honesty, and undeniable presence.
She is currently based in Spain and is available for cruise contracts, cabaret bookings, residencies, and guest entertainer programs worldwide.
